Square setup

Customer checkout uses the authorized Square merchant account. Confirm a live connection, verified location mapping, fulfillment setup and NumNum billing readiness before accepting payments.

Review supported catalog imports, publication and customer transfers. Configured order imports are supported. Loyalty balance export is unavailable. Optional loyalty and existing gift-card tender require supported, reviewed opt-in setup; gift-card purchase and issuance are not enabled.

Clover setup

Authorize each merchant location and verify the NumNum location mapping. Supported catalog, customer and configured order transfers require permissions and review.

Online checkout is currently disabled pending provider acceptance verification for the exact app, environment and merchant. Implemented checkout scope is North American USD pickup with one card. Selected unpaid order-transfer acceptance also requires verification; transferring an order does not collect payment.

Toast setup

Use provider-issued API credentials and a restaurant GUID. Verify and map restaurants, then review published Menus V2 imports; metadata-driven menu updates are supported.

This connection is read-only. NumNum checkout, Toast order imports, customer profile transfers and writes to Toast are unavailable.

Authorize the account, match the store and review the data. This page previews the connection; it never authorizes an account or applies changes.

Choose optional NumNum Order SMS, Marketing SMS or Email Marketing for each store. NumNum manages the delivery infrastructure. You manage your store’s audiences and campaigns without connecting your own email or text provider. Sending requires service readiness, approved sender setup and customer consent. Messaging charges are separate.

Google Maps supports address review. Google Business Profile publishing requires approved access and permissions. Stored delivery credentials alone do not establish an operating connection.

You can begin reviewing your café, locations and menu before connecting a POS. Before accepting live payments, confirm supported merchant checkout, verified location mapping, fulfillment setup and NumNum billing readiness.

A connection does not enable every transfer. Choose supported data and direction, review proposed changes and apply them with the required permissions.

Order SMS · Pickup updates

Send confirmations, order status and ready notifications after sender setup and approval. Service readiness and appropriate customer communication preferences are required.

Marketing SMS · Text campaigns

Create campaigns for subscribed customers. Complete sender setup, approval and service activation. Marketing texts have a separate allowance from order updates; longer messages and emoji can use multiple credits.

Email Marketing · Store newsletters

NumNum manages AWS delivery. Your store manages its subscribed audience and campaigns. Sender verification and service readiness are required; no separate email-provider account is needed. One email to one recipient counts as one recipient send.

Google location services & delivery setup

Google Maps supports address review. Google Business Profile publishing requires approved delegated access and permissions. DoorDash Drive credentials can be stored, but the delivery adapter still requires verification and provider program access. A saved key does not mean delivery is operating.

Optional NumNum messaging has separate planned subscriptions. No subscription or extra-usage charges are collected during an unbilled preview. Approved sender setup, service readiness and appropriate customer consent are required.
