Successfully paid, positive-value production orders placed through NumNum count. In-store POS transactions, imported orders, free orders, unpaid orders and sandbox or test orders do not. Once an order has been paid, the usage fee remains after cancellation or a full or partial refund.
Usage remains attributable to each store’s eligible NumNum orders. A consolidated billing group can include up to 50 stores owned by the same business. Balances below 50¢ carry forward until the collection threshold is reached.
About the illustrated usage estimate
Each eligible paid NumNum order earns one 25¢ fee. For example, 1,000 eligible orders cost $250 before applicable taxes. The interactive calculator estimates usage fees from your entered order count.

How this bill applies
This is an illustrative usage total, not an invoice. The fee is billed to your business, not added to customer checkout. POS processing and optional connected services have their own charges.
What costs stay separate?
Core ordering has no monthly software subscription. Optional NumNum messaging plans, POS processing, hardware, custom-domain services and applicable taxes have separate charges.
Messaging allowances & planned rates
Add a little conversation.
Order SMS: $20 per store each month for 1,000 SMS credits. Marketing SMS: $20 for a separate 1,000 credits. Email Marketing: $9.99 for 2,500 recipient sends. Choose any service independently; both SMS plans total $40 and all three total $49.99, with no bundle discount.
One SMS credit is one message segment. Extra SMS usage is 1.72¢ per credit; extra email usage is $4 per 1,000 recipient sends, prorated. Allowances remain separate. Sending requires service readiness, sender approval and customer consent. Prices are planned; unbilled previews do not collect subscription or extra-usage charges.
